After my first peel I decided to get the package. Maggie makes sure my skin can tolerate the peel by layers and makes sure I’m comfortable as she increases the peel strength. Post procedure instructions are always given with suggestions of which products will work in synchrony with my skin and the procedure.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained—professional yet relaxing in all the right ways. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing a high-quality experience. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to—whether you’re there for self-care and/or skincare- highly recommend!

Lorian gave the best massage. It was very much needed and she listened to my concerns and definitely worked the areas needed. I would highly recommend Lorian and I look forward to going to her again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this med spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The service was absolutely excellent, and the entire staff was kind, attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What really stood out to me was how much they truly care about their clients. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience.

This MedSpa does not disappoint !! I loved it so much I scheduled a return visit two days after my initial visit. The Staff is great, I was greeted by Rebecca at the front counter who was friendly and knowledgeable about services. My facial was done by Violetta who is amazing and offers more than a clean face, she gave me tips to help with my Rosacea and also offered products with zero selling pressure. Next up I did the 60 minute massage which was so relaxing, Lorian listened to my concerns and asked questions to find how we could alleviate some of my aches. The MedSpa is inviting, clean and priced well, I will definitely schedule again in the near future.

This was my first and only facial I’ve gotten in my 40 years on earth, and my fifth or so eyebrow wax. Violetta was amazing. She was super informative and walked me through everything. She matched my energy with calm, peaceful quiet when I wanted the peace but engaging soft conversation when I needed to converse. Her eyebrow wax was the best I’ve ever had by both look and feel with it being ten times less painful than I’ve ever experienced before. 10/10 would recommend and will return.

I have been a member at Illuminate for years now. I love everyone there. The owner has taken great care to make the space feel warm and inviting. Rebecca is my go to for facials but today I had Maggie who was excellent! My sister and I took my mom today for the signature facials. It is her 81st birthday today. She had Stacie and they took great care with her. She has kyphosis (dowagers hump) which is uncomfortable for laying on your back but they made her comfortable and she enjoyed every minute. She was literally glowing and so was I. I highly recommend this medspa for all of your pampering needs.

I had a signature facial with Berenice today. It was perfect. She explained each step that she was doing and was attentive to any needs I had with my skin. The table was very comfortable and the neck and scalp massage to go along with it was amazing. Will be back!
